Wayne R. Spivey

spiveyAfter graduating cum laude from Bucknell University, Wayne Spivey went on to earn his Juris Doctor at Dickinson School of Law in 1979. He clerked for the Honorable Dale F. Shughart, President of the Court of Common Pleas in Cumberland County before serving his country as a Captain in the Army's Judicial Advocacy General Corps.

Mr. Spivey is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Military Appeals, and in the United States Court for Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Spivey is a member of several professional organizations, including the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He has also held several leadership positions, including serving as Chairman of the AIDS Litigation Group for the American Association of Justice.

Mr. Spivey has been recognized as one of the best lawyers in America for the past 11 years.
