Michael W. McGuckin graduated from Villanova University as a member of the National Economic Honor Society before earning his Juris Doctor from Villanova School of Law in 1987. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, Mr. McGuckin focuses his practice on nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical litigation and general personal injury litigation.
Mr. McGuckin is involved in several professional organizations, including the Philadelphia and Chester County Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania and American Associations for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, serving on its board from 2003 to 2005.
