After graduating from the University of Scranton, Chad Galvin earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Galvin is a member of several professional associations, including the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice's Nursing Home Litigation Group. He has clerked for the Honorable Albert W. Sheppard in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and prior to joining Shrager, Spivey & Sachs, Mr. Galvin worked for a national firm that exclusively handled nursing home and assisted living facility cases.
Mr. Galvin focuses his practice on defending victims of nursing home abuse in addition to his work on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.
