Attorney Tucker grew up in the northwestern suburbs of Philadelphia and attended Germantown Friends School and Amherst College before attending Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
During his time at Temple, Attorney Tucker launched the Philadelphia Leaders of Tomorrow, a student organization that works to retain leadership talent, facilitate professional networking, and help Philadelphia newcomers gain a foothold in the city. In addition to serving on Temple Law's National Trial Team, Attorney Tucker received the Myron H. Deutsch Memorial Award, an annual honor reserved for Temple's top trial advocacy student.
Attorney Tucker served as a law clerk for Shrager, Spivey & Sachs throughout law school and joined the firm as a practicing attorney in 2011. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Public Justice Foundation, and serves on the Diversity Committee of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the American and Pennsylvania Associations for Justice. Attorney Tucker co-founded PhilaSoup, a not-for-profit organization that provides micro grants to innovative education-based projects in the greater Philadelphia area.
